Can National Supply offer three different (sized?) reasonably priced good quality pinewood derby trophies for first, second, and third place?

With the aim of improving the success of a new pack and assisting existing packs that are stuggling with leadership collapse, would it be possible to form a district team, say 3 to 4 experienced adults, who could be called upon to to run the first couple pack meetings, help identify parents to step in or take over, make sure all methods and materials are understood and insure that that new or stuggling pack stays on the right track. There are currently many layers of leadership at pack, district and council level of which very little assistance trickles down to a new tiger leader or a parent "thinking" about stepping in to lead. Newer computer training methods do not lead to better trained more resilient leaders.

Good idea! Although an effective commissioner should take the lead. Formal mentoring of new leaders is a key factor for success.
