Will 1910 'Throwback' uniforms be available for the Jamboree?
Should the paper membership card be something more substantial? Like plastic with a magnetic stripe or chip embedded? With readers placed at strategic locations seems this could facilitate a lot of things like registration at High Adventure bases, check-in and certification at training events, information at Scout Shops, etc?

Concept has been considered. Has potential if resources are identified. This would be a huge undertaking to get all systems able to coordinate.
Do we need to create a training module for Scouts and Venturers to smooth their public Service projects? Include how to write proposals, securing building and/or public gathering permits, discuss liability issues, and other sspects of plaaning a project

This is a great suggestion and one that should be incorporated into the next reprinting of the Eagle Project Workbook. Often these are the type of things that are stumbling blocks in the path of Life Scouts as they begin to develop their Eagle Scout projects.
