Would it be possible to have prior year total on a prospect list? There are many times when my District Executives are looking to wrap a campaign and need a list of their unworked prospects and giving history. At this time they have to go through the list and add up last years giving history total. It would really help them to have that amount already on the list.

The best way to accomplish this is to create an export file from “Create Materials” in MyBSA Fundraising. Select on unworked prospects from the pick list. When you open the file in excel there will be columns that display both pledge and payment information for each prospect for the past 4 years of history. Simply total the columns and you will have a 4 year value of the unworked prospects in your campaign.
The name & address of the donor that prints on the bottom half of the billing statement form does not show completely in a window envelope. Can the form be changed to move the name and address down a line or two? This would be helpful so that the statements do not need to be folded above the perforation.
