I can see this opening a pathay to too many other things. Why not a Jive strip and a Ebonics strip as well. I think we need to keep this to Recognized languages. Heck, I live in South Louisiana, why not a Cajun strip. LOL ;-)
Popcorn is a Council bases fundraiser, not all councils sell popcorn, not all councils use the same popcorn company, etc. etc. Prices are set by the council as well, and therefore the commissions are set by the council.
I do not like the idea of the National Office setting commissions for local councils.
