I am a member of two seperate "groups" for professional staff on a public website. it is definately not the same thing as this idea. I love this idea. I check the mybsa all the time. I browse through national resources. they are very helpful.
It would be great to read a post from DE's accross the country that explains how a new idea really worked for them! (I especially like the document sharing idea. We spend countless hours acroos this country duplicating each others work)
yes, any DE could create a site like this (facebook group) but that would not be the same as a central DE site for all of us.
