I have entered all of the schools in our Council into Scoutnet under Organizations. Then I have been able to associate units with schools. I know that this is not perfect but it seems to be working and helps the DE's to see how successful or unsuccessful any particular school recruitment was.
Additionally, within that unit it could list what courses are required to make the untrained volunteer be considered trained. This is information is requested very frequently and it is currently a time consuming process
