There should be a Camping or Camp tab under Program on Scoutnet so Councils can track camp registrations.

Have a box in each Scouts profile that you check or enter the session and camp they attended each year.

Have a box in a Unit's profile that you can enter the session and camp they attended.

Then have a report that can be printed so you can quickly see what units are going to camp or to see the Scouts who are going to camp and track their camping history.

These reports could be used at all levels of the Council.

The Outdoor Programs team is in the development stages of an Internet based camping award program that will track unit camping activity and recognize Troops that increase outdoor program year over year.
I would support the development of features described in this submission but ISD would need to be involved in the process. Several third-party programs (Troopmaster) track this data at the unit level. One challenge with the proposed program is capturing the data. If this can be set up for units to do (like Advancement), this could benefit units, districts and councils.
