One of my adult volunteers created this tracking system to help Law Enforcement Advisors track thier Explorers proficiency. This should help Explorers earn thier award ribbons. It also allows for tracking commuinity service hours. He has given his permission for use to any registered Explorer post. Hope this proves helpful.
