With so many new Scout Executives anticipated in the next several years, it would be nice to have a brand new SE "either assigned or selected from an approved listing) have a seasoned SE as a mentor. I understand the purpose of the Area Directors, however, they are busy with ALL of the SEs in their area and their additional duties, plus, times are changing rapidly, and having a sitting SE as a mentor gives "live, real time experiences".
