Best Practices Website

We need a website similar to this one where professionals can share best practices. Some of the better ideas on this site regard file and video sharing. They could all be a part of that site. Maybe there could be a best practices forum to the networking site that is to come out (Maybe its already in the plans).

While this site is great, it is for posting very out-of-the-box ideas in hopes that national will adopt them. I'd love to have a site (and some people are using this site for these questions) to ask, "What makes your FOS events successful, How are you getting buy-in for CQU, etc."

We need more efficient ways to track not more things to track.

Best practise for employee's should be on MyBSA, not on a seperate site. Best Practise for volunteers should be on MyScouting.

I know this is a bit redundant but I would encourage you to use the new social networking site now available on www.scouting.org. There you can create your own best practise fourm and invite anyone you want to to participate. Check it out by going to www.scouting.org, click on "my scouting" and create your account, making sure you enter your BSA membership number. If you don't know what your membership number is call the national service desk at 800-627-3025
