I would like this to be a spot to share successful fundraising events. Most councils do Golf Tournaments and Recognition Dinners, some run Christmas tree lots and pumpkin patches. One council I know has an arrangement with six flags to run haunted houses in the amusement park. Please share what has worked in your council, why it worked, and how it worked as well as ideas for any new untried events.
