I have noticed that The New Leader Essential Training certification does not transfer with you when you switch roles in Scouting. For example; if I were to take NLE as a Cub Master and then switch to a Scoutmaster two years later, My records would show that I still need to take NLE. This becomes very confusing for us and our training staff as we try to decifer who still needs training in certain areas.
