How about templates we could simply drop our camp/council name and specific camp information into. We have to re-create new flyers, handouts on different camping events like day camp, resident camp etc each year. We are not the experts to put together the greatest brouchures! We all agree we want the best promotional materials out there, a little help would be appreciated!

We are in the process of developing an online marketing asset management system that would allow for easily customizing and downloading templates for all your marketing needs – fliers, direct mail, posters, print ads, television, billboards, etc. Stay tuned for a national roll-out of this system.

I am not sure if this site supports document sharing, but if not it might be possible to have someone set up a group on a document sharing site like scribd.com where everyone can submit their best looking flyers and brochures so everyone can benefit.

I agree with this. There should be some sort of document library that allows us to do a quick search for templates. Wouldn't be that hard to create and would allow any branding being done to quickly disseminate into local councils.

+1 on having a library of document templates that can be used for flyers. I think this falls into the same category as the "business card" speech that we had at the all-hands conference.

Our District has these flyers for Boy Scouts but not us Cubs. We need them.
