Our ISD folks are indeed updating the indivdual record form including positions, but not to match the new Boy Scout Handbook. Actually we are working on the second edition and will correct a few things in the HB like where it says that troop bulger and webmaster count for Star to Eagle leadership requirments which is incorrect. Are there other places you see a need to records changes? We value your input.
