Quality Unit Report
As we work to get more efficient and have technology help us, we need a report that supplies all the numbers for units for quality unit. IE, a report that tells us the total number of adults recruited, youth recruited, retention, and training % in one report. The quality unit tab on MYBSA is a good start but is not accurate and does not update enough information from Scoutnet.

I agree. The information is not correct under the Quality Centennail Tab in MyBSA

One report would be nice, a Unit Health Report Card of sorts, that unit committees and district commissioenrs could download and incorporate into unit committee meetings and unit commissioner visits and commissioner staff meetings. It would also give the professional staff a quick reference to the health of the unit. If advancemetns could also be part of the report, that would be great.

We agree with this idea 100%. In fact we are already doing it as a council. For 2.5 years we have used a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool called Plan Plus Online that allows us to collect the information from Scoutnet and quickly import it so that we have all the Centennial Quality Unit information on a single page.

Our professional staff can access this information from any location with internet access, and are able to call a unit up on their computer while a volunteer is on the phone. It makes it quick and easy to provide information out to volunteers and also know where your commissioner staff can help make a difference in the units ability to achieve Centennial Quality Unit.

We also use this data to provide units with a pre-prepared Centennial Quality Unit form that gives them the history and current data that they need to complete the process.
