Content for Council Newsletters
Every Council has a newsletter of some sort, whether it be print, electronic or social. It would be helpful if there was a central database of national news items (i.e. new handbook, requirements, factoids, etc.) that could be cut and pasted into Council newsletters. This would most likely be a function of Brand Management. Sort of an AP for BSA.

Great idea! Perhaps using a similar distribution to the innovation engine or BSA must read...a regular e-newsletter to assigned council staff of clippings and such that could in turn be used in council eNewsletters, etc.

The new 100th Anniversary Media Kit--has 100 things you didn't know about Scouting (factoids)--a decade by decade synopsis(approximately 300 words) that can be used in its entirety and 100 pictures (10 per decade w/ captions. All of this information was created to provide councils with a multitude of tools in support of the 100th.
