Cell phone numbers and email addresses

When entering/creating a new record for a leader (or youth) there is no field to enter the cell phone number on the screen. In order to add the cell phone number you must get to the point where you can 'maintain person' and then go through the steps needed to add a "mobile" number. Could a cell phone number field be added to the screen? The phone number field on the app could even take the same format as the email addresses.

Also, when an email address is entered, could it default to primary? Often I have to go in to the record and mark the email address as primary before I can proceed.

Thank you for suggestion of adding a cell phone field to the new member screen. Based on other priorities, we will not be making this change during the next 12 months.

Thank for your suggestion on providing a default process to mark e-mail as primary. We have reviewed your suggestion and we will not be adding that feature to the system. We currently have a process which runs everyday and will mark an e-mail address as primary if there is no other address entered for an individual.

This is such vital information - it should be easier to enter than jumping through the hoops we have to now to put it in the computer - unless of course you have enough to scan!
