From a new employee's perspective, it would be helpful if the National Telephone Directory included the employee's function and department in addtion to the employee's name and telephone extension. As it is currently designed, only the name and extension is included.

I'd love it. I get a dozen calls a day that aren't mine because nobody knows who handles them. Then I don't know what to do with them because I don't know where they go either. I end up running all over the building looking for answers so I don't have to transfer them for the third or fourth time.

It would also help to publish a list of awards and the divisions that handle them. We must have hundreds. Hopefully the councils will have access to this, too.
