Good start. Need to correct the youth Boy Scout version - has a Patrol Leader patch with only one bar (should be two). Some sharp Scout will catch that.
Top question I hear from adults is "Where does the Commissioner Arrowhead Honor Award go?" Not addressed on the adult forms.
That has been answered as well in the latest issue of "the commissioner", which every professional and commissioner should be encouraged to read. http://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/14-975_08_FallWinter.pdf
The notice reads as follows,"Change in Position on Uniform of Commissioner Arrowhead Honor. Based on the new uniform design, it has been approved for the commissioner Arrowhead Honor emblem to be worn on the left sleeve of the commissioner’s uniform immediately below the council strip. This replaces the previous location of below the badge of office for commissioners.
It would also be great if it was available in color. Even if it isn't printed in color, it would be great if it could be available for download in color. One thing I did for my packs is to take the large poster that was used as a part of the last version of Cub Scout Leader Specific Training and shrink it down to a 8 1/2 x 11 size and gave them to my leaders. The insignia placement guides available in the Insignia Guide, on the Uniform Inspection Sheets, and in the Scouts' books are great, but 99 times out of 100 my leaders prefer a full color version opposed to the black and white version.
