ISD is in fact working to create a “Knowledge Base” category on MyBSA under which we plan to eventually move all of the online documentation and training resources. We are in agreement with you that it is currently too difficult to get to the Support Page. This is because when we originally delivered this functionality there was no MyBSA, but we are working to eventually move all pieces of the ScoutNET application under the MyBSA umbrella.
